What Does A Package Include??
Welcome Packet
Your Happy Belly journey starts here! This packet introduces you to your dietitian and includes information on functional lab testing, at-home assessments, and the tools we use to understand your health foundations.
Initial Appointment (90 minutes)
After reviewing your New Patient Intake form, this appointment is all about YOU. Together, we explore your health history, major life events, stress, sleep, digestion, dietary habits, social life, and more. You guide the conversation—our goal is to see the whole picture. The more we understand, the more precise and effective your individualized nutrition plan can be. No judgment—just insight.
Action Plan (60 minutes + 30-minute meal planning)
Your personalized nutrition roadmap! We’ll review your Unique Nutrition Profile, including macronutrients, therapeutic foods, supplements, lifestyle strategies, and lab recommendations. Plus, we’ll build a sample meal plan together so you can start feeling better right away.
Check-In Appointments (45–60 minutes, every 2–3 weeks)
These sessions provide ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments to your plan as needed. We celebrate your wins, troubleshoot challenges, and fine-tune protocols—because healing is rarely linear, and support is key.
HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis)
Included in every package, this test provides a detailed view of your mineral status over the past three months, including stress response, macro and trace mineral levels, and heavy metal exposure. This insight is invaluable for creating precise, personalized nutrition strategies.
Lab Interpretation (30–45 minutes)
Some lab tests reveal insights beyond standard care. These sessions help you understand your results, uncover root causes, guide nutrient dosing, and monitor improvements. Lab interpretation appointments are included with each Signature Package for tests provided through Happy Belly Nutrition.
Final Call (60 minutes)
Included in 3–6 month packages, this session reviews your progress, addresses ongoing or new concerns, and provides a clear plan for continued success on your health journey.
POOP Food Journal: This 2 week food, gut, and lifestyle journal can be really useful to help you uncover patterns or triggers that are keeping you from feeling your best. Print it out as often as you like!

If you choose to enroll in a Signature Program within 30 days, $150 of your Health Clarity Session will be applied toward your program investment.
Lab Clarity Session
A one-time, expert-led review of your Function Health blood labs. This session includes a comprehensive review of your results prior to our meeting and a 60–75 minute consultation focused on nuanced interpretation, patterns, and personalized considerations to help you understand what your labs may be revealing about your health. The Lab Clarity Session is designed to provide expert interpretation and insight into your bloodwork—not ongoing care or protocol implementation. For clients seeking personalized nutrition therapy, lab monitoring, and guided healing, our Signature Programs provide the depth and support required.
If you enroll in a Signature Program within 30 days, $200 of your Lab Clarity Session investment will be applied toward your program.
Ongoing Care Options
The following four options are great for anyone who has recently completed a signature package and needs either 1) regular ongoing care or 2) would like to transition to maintenance support. If it has been more than a year since we last worked together the following package is offered to get you back into our regular care. It includes a full re-assessment, action plan, two follow up appointments, and a lab interpretation call. Thereafter, you can choose between which ongoing care option best fits your needs. If you are a return client there is no need to apply. Please contact us via email for more details.

Not accepting insurance at this time. All packages must be paid in full via virtual invoice after the first appointment. Payment plans for nutrition packages are also available upon request. Accepting payment via HSA (health savings accounts) as well. Superbills can be provided upon request.
